As I have said in the past, White Sands National Park is brutal on your sanity. You spend most of the day searching for possible compositions of texture, form and potential light.
You wait for the light to come. When it does you have about 15 minutes, if that, to cover all the scenarios you have materialized, but then completely unexpected, you will be responding to what is happening NOW. To hesitate is to be defeated.
